The specialist Capital Markets team has an extensive track record of placing executives across all capital market disciplines in EMEA and North America. We have a long-established reputation for delivering talent solutions for Financing across Debt Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets, High Yield and Leveraged Finance, Real Estate Finance, Project Finance, Infrastructure Finance and Structured Finance. This is across seniorities from global head of divisions through to associate level.

We have one of the most active and well-known Corporate and Investment Banking teams in the market. We have been instrumental in some of the most high-profile appointments in the UK and continental Europe, delivering leading coverage and advisory teams for investment banks and corporate finance boutiques. Our team has more than 50 years combined experience of working in Corporate and Investment Banking and has focused on whole business recruitment, smaller team moves and assisting clients to hire key producers and business leaders.
Our long-established reputation and deep market knowledge make us well respected and ensures that we remain at the forefront of product development and activity. Our aim is to meet the needs of our clients efficiently and with the highest standards of execution.
We have one of the most active international Insurance teams in the market and therefore have unrivalled access to the talent in the Life and Non-Life industry. As a team, we have handled more than 600 executive and board searches in the UK, Bermuda, the US, continental Europe and Asia. Our partners have more than 25 years combined experience of broking and underwriting and more than 50 years in search. We therefore have an understanding of (re)insurance that is second to none in search.
Importantly, we also have a strong track-record of successfully placing candidates from other areas of financial services and beyond, as well as those already in the sector. In 2013 we combined our London Insurance Practice with US-based Sterling James, and today we handle senior insurance assignments from London, New York, Chicago, Dublin and Zurich.

We are increasingly recognised for bringing new talent into charities, NGOs and other not-for-profit enterprises at Chairman, CEO and CFO level. Our success is a result of building a customised research and search strategy for each of the assignments we handle on behalf of not-for-profit clients.
In this way our shortlists are usually made up of some candidates who have a great deal of experience in not-for-profit and others who will bring different experience to one of these roles, if they are selected. Importantly, these searches are handled by us because we want to give something back and that means finding the very best candidates possible, every time.
We are experienced in providing talent solutions at all levels within private debt and equity markets, and in particular in the real estate and infrastructure sectors.
