Alice brings a unique combination of in-house talent acquisition and executive search experience. She began her career in talent acquisition with a global transport company, before moving to an executive search firm. This enables her to bring a well-rounded perspective to her work at Sainty Hird, supporting clients across the consumer, industrial, technology and infrastructure sectors.

Alice graduated from the University of Strathclyde with a First Class degree in International Business with Marketing.
