James Clements

James joined Sainty Hird in 2021 and leads the firm’s Corporate Officers and Professional Services Practices originating CEO, CFO,COO, CRO, CIO, and CTrO mandates as well as Partner-level hiring into strategy and management consulting with a focus on value creation.

 He has executed searches in all major financial centres, advising businesses from complex, listed global organisations to smaller privately held firms across the full spectrum of Financial Services,Consumer Goods, Retail, Energy and Renewables and Industrial. Prior to joining Sainty Hird, James was a founder of search business Pemberton Partners before spending ten years leading practices and client relationships at Stone haven International.

James holds a BSc (Hons) in Valuation and Estate anagement from the University of the West of England.
