Michael is a Consultant at Sainty Hird & Partners, where he focuses on originating and executing senior search mandates within the firm’s Private Capital practice.

Prior to Sainty Hird, he spent four years at a boutique search firm, playing a key role in expanding its Private Capital platform into the U.S. market and delivering investment professional searches, predominantly within the Private Equity space.

Michael holds an MA and an MLitt in Philosophy from the University of St Andrews.
