Tory Hyndman
Tory has over 20 years’ executive search experience in investment management. She has long-standing relationships and strong networks across both third-party asset management firms as well as asset owners including endowments, foundations, and family offices. Tory covers senior investment and distribution hires as well as C-suite and non-executive director positions.
Prior to joining Sainty Hird & Partners, Tory was a Partner at Charta Partners and at David Barrett Partners - where she established and led the London office and wider EMEA business - and a Partner and member of the Global Asset & Wealth Management Practice at Heidrick & Struggles.
Born and raised in Vancouver, Tory began her search careerin Hong Kong. She is an Ambassador for the Diversity Project, a volunteer for Maths4Girls and GAIN (Girls Are Investors), and a Governor of James Allen’s Girls’ School in Dulwich.
Tory holds a BA in History from Queen’s University and an MBA from London Business School.
