Andrew Hayward

Andrew joined Sainty Hird & Partners in 2026 to establish the Consumer & Industrials Practice.

He has a track record partnering with clients on Executive and Non-Executive Board appointments for private, PLC and private equity-backed companies in the UK and internationally. His sector experience covers global consumer markets (including retail, FMCG, leisure, retail financial services),industrials, energy, utilities, transport and sport. Andrew is a founding member of boutique executive search and Board services firm, Sam Allen Associates, working with founder, Samantha Allen, having helped scale the business successfully over a number of years.

Andrew was previously at international executive search firm Whitehead Mann (now Korn Ferry). Before moving into search, Andrew worked in finance for Tesco plc and Time Warner. He holds a MBA from Warwick Business School, a BA (Hons) from the University of Southampton, and is Hogan and Belbin accredited.
