Kerren Leach

Kerren joined Sainty Hird in 2026 and leads the firm’s Insurance Practice, serving the insurance and reinsurance markets globally. He partners with organisations across the value chain, including Brokers, Insurers, MGAs and Insurtech businesses, with roles ranging from Board & Executive hires through to product, divisional, and regional leadership.

The majority of mandates executed fall within the EMEA and Bermudian markets, however Kerren has also delivered searches in North America and APAC. These have ranged from major global institutions, to launching new businesses, new country operations, and new solutions. Aside from individual search mandates, Kerren has supported clients on team builds and broader talent consulting projects.

Prior to joining Sainty Hird, Kerren spent a number of years with the Eames Group, and in his latter years was appointed the Senior Partner within their Executive Search practice. He began his career within a global recruitment firm, experiencing a variety of sectors and territories, ultimately leading the insurance and actuarial practice in London.
