Justin Gilbert joins as Partner, leading Sainty Hird & Partner’s Technology Practice

London, July 2023: Sainty Hird & Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Justin Gilbert as Partner. Justin will lead the firm’s technology practice, which covers telecommunications & media, software & platforms, digital infrastructure & industrial technology and fintech.

Justin brings over 20 years of deep domain expertise in executive search and leadership development, advising clients on business critical board, C-suite and executive level appointments in the global technology and telecommunications industries.

Before joining Sainty Hird & Partners, Justin was Senior Client Partner for Korn Ferry’s EMEA Mobile and Communications practice, as well as leading the UK Technology practice. Prior to this, he held the roles of Managing Partner at Loudon Partners and Managing Director at Ridgeway Partners. He began his search career at Odgers Berndtson.
