JP joined Sainty Hird in 2020 as a Consultant, leading the HR Practice with particular focus on senior HR appointments across a range of sectors.
JP has more than 15 years' experience in search and recruitment in Financial Services, having previously built out the senior and search offering of a global HR recruitment specialist.
He has delivered on mandates across all areas of financial services and works with clients across multiple locations, placing CHROs, HR Directors, Heads of HR and strategic HR BPs as well as leadership roles in the specialist areas of HR including Talent, Recruitment, Development, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Organisational Design and People Change.
JP holds a BSc in Geography from the University of Plymouth.
