Kristine Duyck

Kristine is an executive coach and senior HR leader with a background in business and psychology and over 20 years’ of corporate experience across technology, biotech, finance, FMCG and tourism. Partnering closely with CEOs and leadership teams she has held global responsibilities for people strategy, senior talent acquisition, organisational design and HR operations.

As a executive coach, she works with senior leaders on stepping into C‑suite roles, expanding strategic presence and influence, leading through transformation, managing complex stakeholders and building accountable leadership teams. Kristine blends systemic and organisational perspectives with positive psychology to help clients deepen their self-awareness, reconnect with their authenticity and act with confidence.

Kristine holds an MBA, a BSc in Psychology and a Master in Communication and Economics. She is a CTI-trained, ICF ACC-certified coach; a Swiss-Belgian based in Zurich, she coaches in Dutch, English, German and French.
