Rupert started working in executive search in 1999, having spent over eight years in fixed income at JP Morgan in London and Tokyo. He now recruits within institutional and alternative asset management, across all functions.
Successful assignments include CEO’s and local MD’s; global and regional heads of distribution; fixed income, equity and currency portfolio management teams; real estate finance & investment professionals; COO’s, heads of risk, and fund of hedge funds managers.
Rupert has an MA in Classics from Cambridge University and an MSc in Viticulture from the University of California.
