Nick has worked in executive search since 1995. His focus is principally within professional services where he specialises in partner and senior director search on behalf of law, property, accountancy and management consultancy firms. This includes a number of Business Development, COO, Finance, HR and IT Directors for leading organisations. In addition, he has extensive experience of recruiting General Counsel and infrastructure roles for financial institutions.
He has recruited for the FSA and SFO and acted for the Cabinet Office on Central Government positions. Prior to joining Sainty Hird as a Partner in 2007, Nick was head of the Professional Services Practice for an international search firm. He was previously a Government Special Adviser and a Parliamentary Researcher to 3 MPs.
