Nicholas has worked in executive search since 1996. His team focuses predominantly on VP-MD level hires within Derivatives globally; covering Heads of Division and senior Sales, Trading, Structuring, Research and Origination positions.
Prior to joining Sainty Hird as a Partner in 2005, Nicholas was Head of the Equity Derivatives Group and a Director of another international search firm; where his team covered Equity Derivatives, Fund Derivatives, Prime Brokerage, Equity Finance and Program Trading. Nicholas has over a decade of experience in Derivatives Search running a global operation covering both the primary and secondary markets, having graduated with an undergraduate degree in Financial Economics.
