Headed by Partner Ralph Grayson, who has recruited across all functions of Sales, Trading and Research and seniorities from Global Head of Equities to VP and Associate over the past 20 years, the firm has recruited several hundred executives since foundation based in London, New York and across continental Europe. We are well known for the role we have played in the formation of several international equity divisions, including both BZW and Barclays Capital, Credit Suisse, DLJ, Deutsche Bank, ABN Amro, Fox-Pitt, Kelton and Jefferies Intl.
Ralph Grayson has twenty years experience in Equity and Equity Derivative recruitment. He specialises in the Equities sector across both the buy and sell sides, as well as in the absolute return/hedge fund market.
