Our Philosophy

We strive always to provide the best advice and solutions to our clients, to be a credit to them when representing them in the marketplace, to minimise the time spent and cost involved in making the best appointment, and to ensure the solution we provide is lasting. We intentionally work for a small number of clients whom we service in depth across all functions and products. This policy enables us better to penetrate the organisational culture of our clients, understand its strengths and weaknesses, and add value both inside and outside the context of a search.

Fundamental to our approach is the importance we place on our relationships with our clients. The partner you mandate is the person who will subsequently be acting on your behalf, conducting all appropriate sourcing calls and due diligence before contacting candidates. The same partner will conduct interviews, briefings and debriefings, intermediate in negotiations, and complete the deals.

Setting the correct expectations, agreeing the terms and delivering accordingly, are key. We will not undertake assignments where we are not confident of delivery; and we advise clients in detail at the outset if we believe delivery will be unusually difficult. We communicate with our clients and respective HR contacts on a frequent basis. We sell, we close, we complete mandates.

Our completion ratio is in excess of 95% of assignments undertaken.
